From our studios in California, we produce your prompts with the file names you request. We deliver the finished production anywhere in the world via one of the following listed below.

Don't have a script for your voice prompts? No Problem. Just tell us a little about your company and give us a general idea of what types of prompts your would like. We will write a professional script customized for your business. Script writing is not included in the general pricing listed below and, in most cases, can be done for a small additional fee.

Delivery Options
 
Telephone Upload
Most phone systems and phone company voicemail systems allow voice prompts and greetings to be uploaded over a standard telephone line directly into the system. This method of upload is usually used when loading less than 100 voice prompts.

FTP & E-Mail
Depending on the file size, many recordings, particularly telephone voice prompts, can simply be converted to digital sound or data files and e-mailed to their destination. "Play-Ready" files are then loaded directly into your system. Larger files can be uploaded to our FTP (File Transfer Protocol) site for the customer to download. This is the preferred method when delivering hundreds or even thousands of voice prompts. Multiple formats are available including mp3, wav, AIFF, ulaw, and others.

UPS / Fedex
For larger productions, we will load either audio or data files onto a compact disc and ship the completed production, usually overnight, to the customer's location.

Voicemail / Greetings Pricing
Voice-over fees for custom telephone greetings and voice prompts include delivery via mp3 file. Other formats such as wav, PCM, AIFF, and more are available. Special delivery options may be extra. Scriptwriting is not included. Contact Us for a quote on your specific needs.

Pricing is based in part on number of prompts, length of each prompt, number of individual files required, format type, and other factors. Email your complete script and requirements for an accurate quote.

Greetings that exceed 20-seconds in length will be billed as multiple greetings. Example: a 60-second greeting will be billed as three 20-second greetings. We offer a quantity discount for voicemail productions consisting of more than 12 prompts. Pricing includes voice only. Pricing above does not include post production editing or file mastering.
