Tips on submitting your script to obtain an accurate quote on your Project

1. Your company name, contact name, phone number, and email address should be listed at the top of the Script.
2. Scripts should be formatted in Arial, 12pt, double spaced type.
3. Be sure to include, in the content of the script,  phonetic notes as to the pronunciation of names, places, abbreviations, and acronyms. For example: the term VoIP can be read as individual letters (V. O. I. P.) or as a word (voip); the city name Wachuga would be written in the Script as Wachuga (Waw-Chu-Gauh).
4. Include any notes as to how you would like the script to be read.
5. ALL of your notes should be in bold face type.
6. ALL portions that are going to be voiced should be in regular type.
7. Include the length in seconds or minutes of your Project.
8. We will read your script just as you have written it. If you would like us to do any script editing, rewriting, or proofreading, please be clear as to your request.
9. If sections of the script are to be delivered in separate files, be sure to list the file name at the beginning of each section. Otherwise, you will be quoted on the entire script being delivered in one file.
10. Background Music Bed
    1. If you would like background music, such as Music On Hold, specify what part of your script should include the music
    2. If we are providing the music from our library, describe the type, sound, and pace of the music you would like. For example, business like, medium pace, up beat, etc.
11. If you would like two versions of a script with each version only having minor text changes, be sure to include both versions of the script in their entirety.
12. Specify your file format requirements, such as mp3, wav, CD overnight, etc.

14. If this is your first Project, give the process as much time as possible before your deadline. This way you can review the Proof audio and request any changes if necessary. Keep in mind, there may be questions asked about the script, there usually are, or mispronunciations, especially with technical reads or names, which require retakes. Assume this will occur. This gives us time to find out exactly how you like your Project to sound. The first Project typically takes the longest time to produce. After the first Project, additional Projects can be processed much faster.
