We offer super fast delivery. For narration projects shorter than 10 minutes, we can usually deliver your narration the very next day. Same day delivery is available. Contact Us for rush jobs.

From our studios in California, we produce your narration based on your script, timing, and any other notes or direction you supply. We deliver the finished production anywhere in the world via one of the following methods:

Delivery Options

FTP & E-Mail
Depending on the file size, many recordings, particularly narration projects, can simply be converted to digital sound or data files and e-mailed to their destination. "Play-Ready" files are then loaded directly into your project. Larger files can be uploaded to our FTP (File Transfer Protocol) site for the customer to download. This is the preferred method when delivering longer or multiple track narrations.

US Mail / Fedex
For larger productions, we will load either audio or data files onto a compact disc and ship the completed production to the customer's location.

Narration / Training Voiceover Pricing
Voice-over fees for custom narration projects include email delivery or FTP upload. Other delivery options may be additional. Scriptwriting is not included in quote. Contact Us for a quote on your specific needs.

There are several factors to determine Narration pricing. Rates are determined by the total time in minutes of the narration, the total number of pages in the script, by word count, by turnaround time required, use and distribution of the finished project. We will always quote you using the lowest cost method to determine the rate.
